DESCRIPTION:Ride the Endless Mountains bikepacking routes at our annual September bikepacking endurance event! \nThe Endless Mountains bikepacking routes are 115-430 mile\, multi-surface masterpieces comprised of rural dirt and gravel roads\, rail-trails\, paved roads through small historic downtowns\, and various ascents over scenic rolling hills. All courses begin and end in Pennsylvania’s Endless Mountains\, along the beautiful Susquehanna River’s North Branch. \nThere are three distances to choose from\, and you can race the Grand Depart or ride at a slower\, touring pace. 2026 routes will be confirmed closer to the event. \nDisclaimer: This is a self-supported race event in which riders participate and ride at their own risk.

SUMMARY:Susquehanna River North Branch Sojourn
DESCRIPTION:Take an epic four-day river adventure down the Susquehanna River’s North Branch with the Endless Mountains Heritage Region! We are bringing back our four-day North Branch Sojourn on July 23-26\, in partnership with Endless Mountains Outfitters and Susquehanna Kayak & Canoe Rentals. This year’s route will begin at the French Azilum Historic Site in Bradford County and go to Plains Township in Luzerne County for a total of 68 river miles! Participants are asked to arrive at Endless Mountains Campground (255 Catfish Ln\, Laceyville\, PA 18623) by 8 a.m. on July 23 to sign waivers and check in. \nPaddlers who are traveling a distance have the option to camp overnight at Endless Mountains Campground the evening before on Wednesday\, July 22. \nThe first evening of the sojourn\, participants will camp at Endless Mountains Campground in Laceyville\, the second evening\, they will camp at Eaton Township’s property at the end of North Eaton Road\, and the third evening will have camping at Susquehanna Kayak & Canoe Rentals in Falls Township. Participants will drive their vehicle to the next campsite each morning to ensure their vehicle is waiting for them when we get off the water at the end of each day’s trip. Each morning\, they will be shuttled back up to the starting point for that day’s river miles. \nThose who do not wish to camp also have the option of making local accommodations for themselves. EMHR has flexible options for partial rentals for this trip\, which can be made through registration. We have single-day\, two-day\, three-day\, and full four-day packages that can cater to your schedule. DESCRIPTION:Join the Endless Mountains Primitive Outdoorsmen on September 12 & 13\, 2026\, open to the public 9am to 3pm Saturday and 9am to 3pm Sunday. Join us for a weekend of primitive shooting\, tomahawk throwing\, archery\, and mountain man novelty target events. Shooting events will run from 10am to 2pm each day. \nIn addition to the competitions\, enjoy our artisan show featuring traditional crafts\, demonstrations\, and period-appropriate vendors. Food and beverages will be available on-site. This is our signature event of the year\, perfect for competitors\, families\, and history enthusiasts alike. \nRendezvous Competitions: \nLong Gun Paper Shoot – 5 shots at a paper target 35 yards downrange. $5.00 per 5 shots. Prizes: 1st – 25%\, 2nd – 15%\, 3rd – 10%\nPistol Paper Shoot – 5 shots at a paper target 25 yards downrange. $5.00 per 5 shots.
