Members of River Valleys Maple Syrup Producers Association including, Minehart Gap Maple, Paddy Mountain Sugar Shack and Shade Stone Farm and Mill Road Maple, will be open to explain how they collect sap and the boiling process. Maple products will be available for puchase.
